Unless, the listing specifically states otherwise, everything I sell works and is new in all respects.  Warranty on electrical items is provided by the Australian importer of the product and this paperwork is always with your item. I am in this business for the long haul and so will always be available to help you.

YOUR PAYMENT... AUSTRALIAN BUYERS: I prefer payment by Paypal. I will accept Visacard and Mastercard. Internet &/or Bank Deposit will be accepted however it is the least secure way for you of paying.
                                   INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Paypal is the only accepted method of payment. Please do not send money orders or cheques! 
I'll be really happy if your payment is to be made within 3 days of purchase. If you're unable to make the payment please email me, I am VERY understanding.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT SHIPPING...  Please... make it good for both of us and pay within 3 days (if that's a drama then send me an email with what you'd like to/intend to do). That way you get your gear ASAP which is what you want. We use Australia Post because they consistently do a good job for me. We will ship by ordinary post if your prefer however we will be unable to track it and cannot accept any responsibility for the item once it is shipped to you.

For the few extra dollars that Express Post costs you, it gives you a tracking facility. We recommend we ship it to you by Express Post so that you get it in the quickest time possible and you have a way to track the item. If you choose regular post please understand that there is no way you can track your purchase. Once it is delivered to the Post Office I have no further control over delivery times. 

If you don't pay at all then you can expect feedback that reflects that (I'm OK if you've made a mistake with your purchase. Let me know and we can work together to make it right for both of us). If you going to bid on my items then please be serious about your bid.

Shipping	All items are sent by Australia Post. We recommend Express Post as it gives you a tracking facility. Feel free to negotiate a low or free shipping rate for bulk purchases. Shipping prices are for Australian residents only. International buyers please request a shipping quote to avoid disappointment.
Delivery & Feedback	Delivery: Parcels are generally shipped within 1- 3 days of your payment being received. Please note: Payments made by Direct debit can take up to 3 working days to appear in our account. (i.e. a payment made on Friday may not show up until Tuesday). This will affect the shipping day of your goods. Feedback: If everything arrives as expected and you're happy with the transaction then please leave me some positive feedback for me and I'll happily do the same for you. If there are any problems let me know so I can resolve them for you. Good communication is the key for both of us enjoying the benefits of eBay.
Invoice	A tax invoice will be issued upon request
Refunds & Returns	I offer 100% money back or replacement guarantee on all purchases if the product is not as I described it. In the circumstances where there is a warranty claim and the warranty is supplied by the importer then you need to communicate with them. You, as the owner are responsible for postage/freight costs. Under no circumstance will I refund or accept returns if you happen to change your mind after the sale.
