In regards to warranty issues postage is non refundable.

We will replace, refund or repair the item depending on product availability. The customer must bear the cost of returning warranty items to base. Return postage to the customer will be covered by us.

We do not cover damage during transit, only goods covered by insurance will be warranted freight damage and theft. Although all items will have to be signed for.

The warranty does not cover abnormal use or goods that have been tampered with in anyway.

It should be noted that we are very experienced in packaging goods and thus any damage occurring during transit is unlikely.

Please be aware, insurance is optional. Insurance on this particular item is $18.50. If you choose to take insurance you will be protected against theft or damage during transit. Someone must be available at the delivery address to take delivery to sign for the package. If not the package will be left at the premises. If the package is stolen anytime after the delivery has been made, you will not be covered by insurance.
