1. Buyer Pays shipping, handling, & duties. "Free USA Shipping" offers are available on some auctions. Seller will choose carrier. We will discount the shipping cost if multiple auctions are won within 3 days or requested via email. Shipping cost reflects the size & weight of the item as as well as the cost of packaging. Items generally ship 48 to 72 hours after payment is received. When completing checkout, please include a phone number in the "Message to Seller" section where you can be reached in the event of a problem with your shipment.
International or Non-contiguous US Buyers: We do not "adjust" customs values. If you are unwilling to pay the additional duties or fees, please do not buy our items. USPS regulations differ by destination country and insurance is not available on all international shipments. International buyers, please use the international shipping calculator if freight is not already covered in the listing. We will ship to some countries not listed, but you must ask via email before bidding, be able to pay via PayPal and have acceptable feedback. Also, please include a phone number with your payment, where you can be reached in the event of a problem with your shipment.
2. We reserve the right to change mail carriers at any time after the sale & before Shipment is processed if we deem necessary.

We ship FEDEX GROUND, UPS Ground or United States Postal Service: First Class, Priority Mail & Parcel Post, on occasion I have to use another Carrier for larger Items to save on shipping costs I will notify you if this is the case. Any item or items that will fit in a USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box will ship within 2 days. All other items will be processed & shipped in 2-10 days. All other items will be process & shipped in 2-10 days. Usually all items ship out immediately. You can expect to receive your item within 10 days.
4. We will combine shipping costs on all items that we can pack in one single package, and within weight and size limits set by UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Oversize I, Oversize II & Oversize III items usually require custom (time consuming) packaging due to their size and odd shapes, so these items may take up to 10 working days. Freight items may take 21 working days to ship.
We are doing our very best at all times to meet the minimum deadlines above, however shipping may be delayed during periods of increased sales.
Buyers are more than welcome to pick up their items from our shop. No added processing fees.
On items shipped UPS or FedEx the buyer will receive a shipping notification email containing the carrier and tracking # as soon as the item has been shipped. Smaller items will ship USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail. USPS does not provide tracking information. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico shipping costs may be slightly higher, so you must contact us for a shipping quote before placing a bid or using Buy-It-Now.
5. Handling Time, for USPS Priority Mail expect 2-4 days after you receive email confirmation with tracking number, USPS Parcel Post Mail expect 7-15 days after you receive email confirmation with tracking number, USPS First Class Mail expect 2-6 days after you receive email confirmation with tracking number. FEDEX Ground & UPS Ground expect 8 - 11 days after email confirmation with tracking number. Your package could arrive much sooner all these handling times are considered worst case. Meaning the longest time you would have to wait to receive your package. You will receive an email once your item is shipped with a tracking number. Shipping would be the Buyer's responsibility.
6 Refund Policy. Currently we do not take any returns/items or refund any items. All our items are mainly sold used or AS IS. Unless stated it is new. However if you have a problem we aim to please. 7 I will ship to: USA, UK, EUROPE, AUSTRALIA, CANADA, & NO OTHER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. Sorry if shipping to PU, HI extra shipping charges will apply.
8 Buyer must notify Shop Hog Wild of any shipping discrepancy within 3 days of delivery.
9 Buyer is to pay for any return shipping cost. Any item returned to Shop Hog Wild, for any reason, may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
10.Buyer is to pay for actual shipping & handling charges. All shipping quotes are estimates & subject to change. We will try our best to accurately estimate the shipping costs. They may change sometimes slightly. Not much. We do our best but sometimes when you go to bubble wrap the item and pack it with packing it tends to weigh a little more and this makes the postage go up on the scale and your shipping price goes up as well. All packages are shipped One day after receiving Payment.
11. We have been shipping most items out USPS lately Priority Mail. Unless the package is very small under a lb then I use U.S.P.S. - First Class Mail to keep cost down for you. USPS (INSURANCE is your option for additional costs). Unless specified in auction description, in addition to shipping fees, & insurance a handling charge minimum of $1.00 to $3.00 maximum will be added (for bubble wrap, tissue, packing, labels, etc.) so your package has an excellent chance of surviving the USPS Postal Service voyage. In breakage, or damage to your package contact us immediately via email so we may give you information to file a claim at your local post office, or UPS, FedEx depending on which carrier delivered your package.
12. If you need to speak to us for any reason please call us at: 352-209-5226. Sometime I upgrade your shipping for you and bump you up to a better shipping if it is faster and will get your package to you sooner or due to size and weight of your package. If you prefer & want only the shipping you paid for please note this when paying for your item or email me.
We ship via: UPS, USPS, First Class when it permits very small items under a lb, Parcel post, only when trying to save you money and item is large and in between, USPS prices and UPS prices, and of course UPS, When USPS prices are too much and UPS is right on track, or the faster way to go, Remember Parcel Post can take up to 9-14 days to arrive. I email all Customers with Tracking Numbers so they can track packages. www.usps.com & www.ups.com .

REGULAR PARTS SALES
We hope you bid on our products. We ship really fast and charge a nominal $3 dollar handling fee on all of our items to help lessen the shipping materials loss on every item large or small so just subtract that from the shipping charge and that will be what USPS or UPS or DHL or Fedex charges us.
Of course we combine won auctions if notified and paid at the same time in the same week. Just take the highest shipping amount and add $3 bucks per item that will fit in the box. This will be done automatically when you are invoiced. If items total gross weight makes this option unfeasible, they will be separated into two boxes and so on depending on how many items you have won from us in a week and their total weight. This option never has and never will apply to whole vehicles.
INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT COSTS
We ship overseas and will try to ship anywhere if possible on smaller products. Please know that due to past negative experiences that we only offer Priority Mail shipments to our out of country buyers. It costs more but the buyer receives insurance, tracking and speedy service which will make any auction winner happy and give them a sense of security knowing that they will not be ripped off as their item reaches them sooner.
