"Deluxe" XL Rabbit Hutch - Double Storey (with Ramp)

Deluxe extra large rabbit hutch with two levels, connected via a fixed ramp (rabbits and guinea pigs love to run up and down the ramp). There is a trap-door at the upper level, which can be closed, confining the animal/s to either section.
This upper level has a plastic surface, so you can wipe it clean and not have to worry about urine-soaked wood (not nice!). The lower section has an open floor/base, to allow grazing.
There are access doors to both levels, and the enclosed hutch compartment. The roof is hinged, to further improve access, and is coated with a waterproof asphalt material. It is also possible to lift out the upper level floor, which makes cleaning a breeze!
The wood has been treated with a toxin-free weatherproof stain, so your hutch is safe to use outside, without further treatment required.
Assembled dimensions: 1160mm (L) x 630mm (W) x 920mm (H). Very easy to assemble (15 minutes).
Please note: when comparing products, carefully examine the product photos and descriptions (particularly measurements). Some appear similar but may vary dramatically! This hutch is 37% larger than a hutch with dimensions of 1040(L) x 520(W) x 925(H) mm (yes, more than one third bigger!). The hutches are great, I breed Netherland Dwarf and Mini Lop rabbits and I can't imagine how I managed with the smaller ones (that others sell), so I am replacing them all.
