It is sooo comfortable and has come from a very clean smoke-free home.

There is some fading on the reverse of one of the chairs which is more obvious than other areas however all-in-all they are in great condition and have many years left in them yet.

Structurally they are very sound and the design is very classic (and consequently less likely to date easily). These could potentially be re-upholstered with great success.
