This set of designer 3-seater sofa + armchair was bought by my parents to me brand new  less than 12 months ago as a house-warming gift from Valliant Hire in Brisbane. It is still in excelent condition. I would say 80% near new for the 3-seater sofa and 95% near new for the armchair!.

The original purchased price for the 3-seater sofa was $1499 and for the armchair was $399. I'm slashing the price more than 50% for quick sale! Serious bidder only!

3-seater sofa - 64cm H x 200cm W x 95cm D

Armchair - 64cm H x 80cm W x 80cm D
