This is a stainless steel candy/deep fry/frothing thermometer with a clipper that is perfect to measure temperature for oil, steam milk and chocolate. When frothing the milk for your latte, the perfect temperature is between 140 F to 160 F. Boling water is normally around 212 F. Here are some specs:

The thermometer is made of stainless steel. 5.5 inch long. The reading surface is 2 inch in diameter.
Thermometer reading range: 100 F to 400 F.
The item is NSF approved.
