This is a stainless steel candy/deep fry/frothing thermometer with a clipper that is perfect to measure temperature for oil, steam milk and chocolate. When frothing the milk for your latte, the perfect temperature is between 140 F to 160 F. Boling water is normally around 212 F. Here are some specs:
