In 1997, the World grieved at the news that Princess Diana of the United Kingdom had been tragically killed in a road crash in Paris.
This was headline news. Indeed, it was one of the biggest stories of the century.
This poster was issued by The Advertiser newspaper (News Limited) in Adelaide to advertise this special edition of that newspaper.
This poster measures 595 mm by 405 mm. It has been made from standard newsprint paper and has been folded into sixths, retaining the creases from that fold. Otherwise, it is in reasonable condition.
This poster will again be folded and sent in an envelope ($0.20) as a large letter ($1.00) within Australia for a total of $1.20.
