The bin has a foot petal to lift the lid and then a spring closing inner lid to push the nappies through.

The refill bags can be bought from any large baby retail store, baby Target

Once the continuous bag is in place it folds over & down the centre which you then knot.  When full you open the bottom door and pull bag down and cut on the attached mechanism, Also can use bin bags, works out cheaper.
