RETURN & WARRANTY

If the delivered item is faulty, it is covered under our 12 month warranty. We take care of the warranty instead of the manufacturer for you in this time period

By placing a bid on our items you are agreeing to the terms and conditions that are listed below.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1.       In case the returned defect item is a run out model, the buyer agrees to accept a similar item which serves the primary function of the returned item. If no suitable substitute items can be found, the item can be partially refunded, based on the proportion of the warranty left.

2.       All returns must be accompanied with the original TAX INVOICE and RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM which you can obtain by either calling or emailing us with your complaint. We will either post or email you the form with an Authorization number.  All items must be returned within 3 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number.

3.       All returns must be in original condition which means cleaned (sanitized) AND with all the original parts. Please retain original box and internal packing for the length of your warranty term so that item can be sent back in original packaging if required.

4.       Postage for returned items will only be refunded if item is proven to be faulty. All items will be checked by our technician, and if item is found to be in working order and serves its purpose, a charge of $40 + P&H must be paid before item will be sent back

5.       Unless registered post was opted any breakages during transit with Australia Post will not be covered by us. If registered post was chosen then we will assist you in lodging a claim with Australia post up to the value of $100 AUD.
