These digital calipers are an essential tool for any home or workshop. We use them daily to measure gems but you'll find it useful for a variety of jobs where accurate measuring is required.

Comes with battery (SR44, 1.55V) included and ready to operate. Hard storage case with dense foam liner for safe storage and transport.

Digital Verners from Aussie Sapphire

We have selected this model of caliper for superior accuracy - note that some cheaper models only have an accuracy of +/- 0.02mm. These are constructed with a glass sensor for superior measuring accuracy (+/- 0.01mm). Note the accuracy of the inch measure - to half of one thousandth of an inch - some models do not display the half (small 5 in the lower right corner). They feel comfortable in the hand and are smooth and well balanced for easy use.

Handy conversion chart on reverse side of calipers. Note slide displays centimetre and inch marks - not millimetres. Easy 3 button operation - On/Off, Zero and Inch/Metric. Calipers may be set at zero in any position by pressing the Zero button - locking screw on top secures your position.

WARRANTY: These are IN STOCK now and ready for immediate delivery (no drop-shipping). This item comes with a 12 month replacement warranty (under normal usage only - these are precision measuring instruments and should not be dropped or used in excessive heat/moist conditions).

NOTE ABOUT POSTAGE: These scales are packed securely and shipped by Australia Post or Star Track Express. The packaged weight of this item is approximately 295 grams. We combine postage wherever possible.

Combined shipping weight is 500 grams (1 set) for Regular or Express Post or 1000 grams (up to 3 sets) for Star Track Express courier. If a 3kg satchel is required for a combined shipment, combined postage cost will be $10 for Regular Post, $12 for Express Post or $16 for Star Track Express. PO Box addresses not acceptable for courier delivery.

If you wish to purchase more than one item, please let us send a combined invoice with correct postage - you may pay too much if you checkout before we can check on postage costs. We try to pack such that postage costs are minimised.

Airmail is used for our overseas customers at a cost of $15 AUD for a parcel up to 500 grams. Insurance is optional - please add $7.50 AUD if you require insurance (not available to all countries - eg. Canada, Greece, etc).
