Safety Rules
Your safety is our concern so please follow these safety rules:
1. Avoid public roads, foot paths, or other areas that are used by motor vehicles.
2. Always wear an approved helmet.
3. Avoid large hills. This may overheat the motor.
4. Avoid curbs and other rough or discontinuous surfaces.
5. Never ride with more than one person on the bike.
6. Never ride your bike at dusk or at night without appropriate lights.
7. Before use, verify that there are no loose or missing parts, and that the brakes are working properly.
8. Don't ride in wet or icy conditions.
9. Don't stunt ride.
10. Ride in control at all times.
11. Children under 14years should always be supervised when using bikes.
Use scooters in safe places.
Cars and off road bikes don't mix, especially for younger riders. Smooth, paved surfaces are best - avoid bumpy, uneven, wet or rocky ones. Schoolyards, parks, paved trails are examples of safe places to "ride"!
Always observe the basic rules of the road anywhere you use bikes.
As bikes can travel as fast as many other types of vehicles, motorized and non-motorized, they too must observe the rules of the road. These include:
Stop at every stop sign. Look right, left, and right
again before proceeding.
Stop at the end of the driveway. Look right, left, and
right before entering the street.
Use proper hand signals.
Obey traffic signs and signals.
Do not ride a bike/scooter at night.
