Refunds

Refunds are accepted with no questions asked. You must notify us with your intention to return your item within 7 days of receipt. We will then email you with confirmation and a return authorisation (RA) number. We must recieve your item within 7 days if in Australia or 14 days international of you receiving your RA number. Please enclose your RA number with your item. Goods must be returned in the condition that they were received.

You (the buyer) are responsible for all shipping costs and liability when returning items. Once the item/s have been received we will notify you via email and refund the purchase price less the shipping cost and a re-stocking fee of 15% of purchase price (covers eBays listing and final value fees).
