Abbey Rae Childrens' Collection will not profit from ANY postage costs! Guaranteed! Shipping is charged at the rates set by Australia Post with minimal handling fees attached. Handling Fees are usually between 50c and $1 for most items and this ensures that your valuable purchase arrives in the same condition as when it was posted. Every package is secure and fragile items are Bubblewrapped.
Handling Fees DO NOT apply to Pre Paid Satchels.
For Clothing we offer Two Postage Alternatives to ANYWHERE in Australia
1. A 500gm Australia Post Pre-Paid Satchel $5.70
In this size we will post from 1 item of clothing up to 2-3 Shirts, 1 shirt & 1 Pair of Jeans, 1 Set of Flannel Pyjamas etc. depending on Size ordered.
2. A 3kg Australia Post Pre-Paid Satchel $9.90
Our Price $8
This Satchel can fit ALOT of clothing for a VERY LOW COST!
For example the 3kg Satchel could hold up to 10 or 12 shirts, 4-6 Pairs of Jeans etc or any mix from our entire range. All for $8.
This could make your postage as low as $1 per Garment!!
Again every order is different so the ability to fit certain clothing into a Satchel will be assessed on a individual order basis.

Returns For Wrong Size
We DO accept returns for wrong size selection however :
- all Tags MUST still be attached to item being returned. Under no circumstances will we accept an un-tagged return!! To us, and prospective buyers, the item is no longer BNWT.
- Item must be in the same condition as when we sent it. ie undamaged, unmarked.
- Returns will ONLY be accepted for Store Credit OR Exchange for a different size. If we do not have the required size Store credit only will be given.
- Postage WILL be paid BOTH ways by the BUYER!!!
Misrepresented, Faulty or Wrong Item Sent
We quality check ALL items before sending but mistakes do happen. If you feel that you have been wronged, PLEASE contact us and will endeavour to rectify the problem ASAP. Generally, we will have you send the item back to us, we will check the defect and then either send a replacement item or refund your money in full!! Thats Your Choice.
In these cases we will pay for postage BOTH ways!!
All Sales are Final and Non-Paying Bidders will be reported to Ebay.
