I really like this trick and it is nicely made in perspex in a felt case.  You have the audience sepect a card then state that you had a prediction...you take out a plaque that has a single diamond on it, it was the ace of diamonds.  No?  You turn it over to show four diamonds, no?  Turn it back over and now their are three diamonds, No!!! 
 
Ok turn it again now the four diamonds are six...still no luck...now you state you forgot to add the tax and bring out the plaque which now has seven diamonds on it in the shape of a diamond...
 
(yes it is always the seven so logically you will need to force this card).
 
Great comedy trick, carry it in your pocket and perform anywhere.
