Second Generation iPhone users - Please note that due to Apple adopting USB power components to cope with charging the 3G iPhone, Dragon and almost all other speaker docking systems are unable to charge the device. You can however still remotely control and play music from your iPhone when docked in the Dragon. When the iPhone is docked it will suggest switching to airplane mode, but this is not a necessity.

Are parcels registered and/or insured? - Yes. For your peace of mind, all parcels are registered and insured through Australia Post to ensure your product arrives safely. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged or lost during transit, it will be replaced at no cost to you.

How long will delivery take? - Approximately 5 business days after payment. All orders are shipped Mondays and Thursdays weekly.

Can I pick the Dragon up? - Sorry, unfortunately pickup is not available.

Do you offer a warranty? - Yes. All Voo products come with a 1 year manufacturer’s replacement warranty. You can be assured if the product is Dead On Arrival or it suffers component failure that wasn't the result of misuse; we will be happy to provide you with a replacement.
