Up for auction is an Accommodation voucher to stay in one of two luxury self-catering holiday houses in Dunsborough, Margaret River Wine Region, Western Australia for up to 10 people, depending on house chosen.

This voucher entitles you to a FULLY PAID stay for either 3 nights midweek (Mon to Thurs) or 2 nights on the weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun). Value up to $900. Cleaning is included. Linen is extra ($150) or bring your own. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible upon request. We will require a refundable $450 bond 2 weeks before your stay with us.

Both houses have been recently outfitted to a modern luxury standard with distinctly designer appeal.

The Sanctuary - This home is a newly built, stylishly designed residence, built and decorated with a minimalist feel, which truly is defined by its name. No bunk beds here! - This house is for those truly looking for a luxury alternative.

This 4 bed, 2 bath home is very spacious, maximized by high vaulted ceilings and complimented by Tasmanian Oak floors in the hallways, kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen is galley styled, complete with stainless steel fittings and appliances ready to entertain with style. There is a media/theatre room separate from the living area for more intimate TV or movie viewing. The house includes an 80cm Stereo TV, DVD/Video player and stereo system with CD.

The Sanctuary has been tastefully decorated to a luxury standard with new, contemporary furniture such as leather sofas and dining chairs, halogen down lights on dimmers and quality window treatments that, as a whole, give this home a sleek, modern feel.

Bedrooms contain modern furniture and high quality mattresses and bedding. Linen IS extra. Bedroom 1 (Master) has a QS bed, Bedroom 2 has 2 king single beds (which when pushed together form a king size bed), Bedroom 3 has a double bed and Bedroom 4 has a QS bed. This house sleeps 8 maximum.

Bathroom 1 is an ensuite off the master containing a shower and bathroom 2 contains a shower and a bath. Both bathrooms are heated to take the chill off on the colder days.

Views to the immaculate garden and creek/nature reserve beyond are to be had from the banks of windows in the dining and living areas. The open plan living area extends out the door to a covered alfresco area containing a stylish 8-seater dining setting and a hooded gas BBQ. There is also an outside hot/cold shower to wash off from the beach.

This 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is perfect for large groups (sleeps 10), that wish for close proximity to the town and the beach. The house is luxuriously appointed with many extra creature comforts, including halogen down lights on dimmers, DVD/Video, large 80cm Stereo TV, stereo system with CD, reverse cycle heating/cooling and heated bathrooms.

Our huge living area features a generously sized Microsuede modular with chaise, so everyone can relax in style.

The large modern kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances and contains many little extras, including a dishwasher, to make your holiday that bit more relaxing and enjoyable. We have much more than the basic requirements needed to entertain in style.

Our bedrooms are comprised of modern furniture with high quality mattresses and bedding for your sleeping comfort. Linen IS extra. Most windows have a view to our newly landscaped gardens. Bedroom 1 (Master) has a QS bed, Bedroom 2 and 3 have QS beds, Bedroom 4 has 2 king single beds (which when pushed together form a king size bed) and Bedroom 5 has a QS bed. Our paved outdoor entertaining area has a modern 10 seater outdoor setting and is shaded by large sails. There is also an outside hot/cold shower to wash off from the beach.

Both houses do not allow pets and are non-smoking.

Dunsborough is at the doorstep of the Margaret River Wine region and is sheltered by the waters of Geographe Bay. It represents an ideal holiday location with its quiet coves, sandy beaches (both quiet child safe beaches and surf beaches), surrounding national park, nature reserves and numerous scenic walk trails. Nearby Meelup, Eagle Bay and Bunker Bay offer perfect beaches for fishing, swimming and snorkeling. The area is also well known for whale watching (September to December), golfing, and caves. Many of the Margaret River Wine Region's fine wineries are situated only a few minutes drive from the town centre, not to mention the numerous galleries displaying the works of local artisans close by.
