“EAST” shoulder rest is made in China and is a copy of the “Wolf” shoulder rest made in Germany.  This shoulder rest is ideal for students and is relatively inexpensive.

DAMAGED ON DELIVERY AND MISSING GOODS

When the parcel is delivered, the risk passes to the customer once the parcel has been signed for with exception of when goods are faulty, damaged or covered under the product warranty.

If you notice any damage to the parcel when receiving, please refuse the delivery or check its content thoroughly infront of the courier.

You should check the violin carefully.  Any claims for damaged or missing items cannot be accepted unless notification is received by us in writing within 3 working days commencing the day the item is delivered.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to fulfill all orders within 7 days.  Because delivery involves third party,we can not be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery.
