Shipping All
parcels under 22kg and/or shorter than 1 meter will be shipped using
Australia Post registered mail. Insurance is mandatory and included in
postage costs.
All parcels above 22kg and/or longer than 1 meter will be sent using a courier company of our choice.
Parcels
heavier than 22kg and/or longer than 1 meter cannot be delivered to PO
Box addresses. Please supply a street address for delivery using the
Checkout.
Goods are shipped once payment is received in full.
If
you have purchased a large item goods will be sent using regular
delivery vans/trucks. If you are unable to unload the goods at your end
without assistance, please advise us upon purchase. An additional
charge of $85 applies for the use of a hydraulic tailgate truck. If you
choose not to order a lift gate truck, it is your responsibility to
ensure you can unload the goods.
Transport
companies will generally call prior prior to delivery to arrange a
suitable time. We strongly advise all customers that they provide a
mobile contact number for couriers to call and provide a delivery
address where someone is available to sign for the goods during
business hours. All courier companies will attempt delivery of your
goods once HockeyTime is not responsible for second deliveries. All
second deliveries need to be directly organised with the courier
company and paid for before goods are delivered.
As HockeyTime has no control over goods once they depart our premises we
cannot accept liability for losses or damage during delivery.
As
per our terms and conditions of sale, we will dispatch all items within
15 days of payment. Though most goods will be dispatched within several
days of payment, the 15 day time frame allows for rare delayed shipments
or other unexpected deliveries or delays. Once the item has left the
premises we are unable to provide exact delivery date or times. However
all tracking details are forwarded via email upon dispatch and
customers are welcome to contact the relevant freight company.
If
no one is home when delivery is being attempted, a note will be left in
you letter box. You will be able to make arrangements with the
transport company to collect the goods. HockeyTime is not responsible
for second deliveries and any associated fees for the re-delivery. If
the item was sent via Australia Post, the item will be available for
collection from your local post office.
HockeyTime is in no way responsible for shipping delays once goods have left our
premises. Though most delivery delays are out of our control, we are
more than happy to directly attend to any freight problems.
A signature is required for all deliveries.
