Made in the USA about 95 years ago.

This is a 4 minute machine, designed to play Edison Blue Amberol cylinder records and similar

One of the best Cylinder machines ever made by Thomas Edison.  This is a beautifully preserved and presented Phonograph that is not only a functioning 'Talking Machine', but also an elegant piece of furniture in its own right!

Comes with 3 Edison cylinders records suitable for playing on the machine. 

 I have over 30 available, so if you are picking up from my shop you can select the ones you like - and even try them out on the phonograph.  For interstate buyers I can select 3 good ones for inclusion in the shipment.

  As can be seen in the photographs, this antique phonograph has been well cared for and is in very good original condition.  The mahogany coloured timber cabinet is in great shape, with no significant damage or repairs.  The grill cloth has recently been replaced and is in excellent order.  The windup motor works well and plays at least one full record before needing to be rewound.  The reproducer is also in good order and produces a clear crisp sound through the large internal horn.

Vintage phonographs in this condition do not come on the market very often, being mostly in the hands of collectors and museums.  Don't miss out on the chance to own this fine machine.
