Circa late 1800-early 1900, a handmade Battenburg lace parasol cover with pretty applique roses scattered around the edges.  ..

In overall  good condition, this item needs to be laundered, and repaired at the center.If attached to parasol one could easily cover with silk ribbon around the tip..other than that, a few reattachments needed..Once worked on.. put on a parasol, this will look very good indeed!..All items need to be laundered .
