The marking on the bottom of this piece is Silver Fashion International Silver Company, a crown with "IS" in the middle.

The piece is in very good condition with some surface/age wear. Measures 2 1/2" in height and weighs 3 ounces. What a great gift for a child or an addition to your silver/decor collection.
