We prefer direct deposit into our bank account.

DELIVERY

We have two freight carriers:
We do not organize third party freight carriers, our two main carriers are capable of shipping all over Australia.

TNT couriers

Items that are longer than 1 meter (this includes tredin posts) are sent TNT couriers and require a phone number.

Packages that are more than 20kg are sent TNT couriers and require a phone number.

Australia post is our main freight carrier for all items under 1 meter and packages that weigh less than 20kg.

***While every effort is made to ensure we have all items in stock sometimes we do not.

We have our items listed on several websites and stock numbers never reflect what we actually have.

If you are concerned or require an item without delay feel free to check first on its availability.

We apologize for this but the Ebay system leaves little alternative.

RETURN POLICY

All items are sold with a manufactures warranty.

Faulty items can be shipped to us or the manufacture for replacement.

If your item is faulty you can return it with proof of purchase for a refund or exchange (Please include a note describing the fault and return contact details).

If there is a problem with you delivery or package please contact us ASAP so we can resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Please read the item descriptions before purchasing as we will not accept returns of open packages that are not faulty.

If you are unsure if a product is suitable please contact us before making a purchase.

We do accept returns of any unopened products and will provide a refund minus the shipping cost.
