INDIAN ELEPHANT

Obtained in Manipal, India, in 1998, this wood carving of an Indian elephant features the elephant performing a routine on a ball.

The carving in total is some 320mm high and the pedestal is 170mm square.

This creation by local carvers in Manipal makes a great decorative mantle piece.
