ELVIS
IN
PARADISE,
HAWAIIAN STYLE
AN ISLAND HIT, ELVIS - STYLE!
Something about Hawaii brought out the warmest wildest and sexiest side of Elvis, and this movie, his second film made in the Aloha State, is no exception.
As an unemployes pilot, Elvis returns to Hawaii to start a charter helicopter business with pal James Shigeda. Elvis' high-flying antics are matched by equally daredevil manoevers on the ground with a bevy of island beauties including Suzanna Leigh and Donna Butterworth.
Besides the title song "Stop Where You Are", "House of Sand", "Datin", and "Queenie Wahine's Papaya" (both with Donna Butterworth) and "Scratch My Back" (with Suzannah Leigh). And that's not to mention the song that sums up every Presley fans reaction to PARADISE, HAWAIIAN STYLE: "This Is My Heaven!"
Running time: 87 mins Colour Year: 1965
