In the event of loss or damage, Euro Appliance Centre Pty Ltd must be contacted immediately and a claim will be lodged on your behalf.

Insurance Conditions:

1) Before signing the delivery docket, check that no damage has occurred in transit.

 

2) If the goods have arrived damaged, the docket must be marked “DAMAGED GOODS” prior to signing and immediately reported in writing to Euro Appliance Centre. (Signing without notation indicates the goods have arrived in good condition)

 

3) Damaged goods as well as the original packaging must be kept for inspection.

 

4) Pictures of the damaged goods with the packaging should be forwarded to Euro Appliance Centre as evidence to support the claim.

Re-delivery Charges:

Orders are delivered during normal business hours.
The buyer will be liable for re-delivery charges if the premises are unattended at the time of delivery.
Unpaid re-delivery charges will leave your account in arrears thereby voiding your warranty.
