3 SEATER SOFA - 2 TUB CHAIRS - LARGE OTTOMAN 

EXCELLENT CONDITION

The suite is made up in gorgeous dark chocolate hi gloss leather (think 85% Lindt) with timber legs.

Purchased from Bayswiss 2 1/2 years ago for over $4,000

Beautiful double stitch detail and lovely curved lines.  The seats are fully sprung providing a firm but comfortable seating experience.  The high gloss finish is extremely practical and simply wipes clean.  The ottoman is the same height as the sofa seat and can be used as a chaise extension

The dimensions are:

SOFA - 215 cm wide   83cm deep     back rest at highest point  84cm high      seat 41cm high

TUB CHAIRS - 76cm high    68cm deep   60cm wide   seat 46cm high    legs  -  12cm high

OTTOMAN - 118cm wide  59cm deep   41cm high

The leather is like new with no scratches and comes from a smoke and pet free home. 

One of the tub chair legs has a slight 2cm scuff mark (its not a scratch and can easily be touched up).  

Please note that although the tub chairs and sofa are a set and identical in style colour and finish, the tub chair legs are a lighter timber colour (they can be stained to match the sofa but we never bothered :)
