Formosan flowering may ( spiraea formosana ) is a deciduous shrub endemic to Taiwan. this plant is still very rare in cultivation today and rarely seen outside the country. this is my favorite one among many spiraeas in my collection. it has blue green foliage with attractive reddish new growth. In summer, hundreds of white flowers with pink stamens are born in clusters on the terminal ending of erect branches, this unique flowering habit makes this plant easily distinguished from other flowering may. tiny branches and shrubby growing habit provide this plant as a excellent material for bonsai, hedge and screens. prefers well drained soils and sunny position, very frost hardy. the offer is one 2 year old seedling which is about 20 cm tall sorry can not post to WA, TAS For international buyers please read before you purchase: *POSTAGE---please check with seller for postage before you take any step further.
