While there are some terms and conditions associated with the guarantees, we are sure that you will agree they are reasonable and will not adversely affect our genuine customers.

“Wrong Size or Wrong Shape” Exchange Program

If you purchase the wrong size or shape Earl’s fittings, Hoses Direct will credit you the cost of the fitting upon return and supply you with alternative fittings that meet your needs.  The credited amount will be deducted from your new purchase.

The fittings you are exchanging do not have to be the same type.  We will exchange any Earl’s fitting for any other hose or fitting in the Earl’s Australian range.  It’s that simple.

To support you even further, we ship out the exchanged fittings from our shop to you FREE OF CHARGE.

Manufacturer’s Defective Product Return

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality in manufacture or there is a manufacture defect, Hoses Direct will exchange the fitting with a replacement or refund the cost of the fitting.  We are so sure that Earl’s fittings are manufactured to the highest quality standards we will even reimburse the Australian Post Express charges you pay to send the defective fitting back to us.

Terms and Conditions

1. All fittings returned for exchange must be “as new” and not used or marked in any way.  Fittings should be returned in original Earl’s rapping and have no visible signs of use or damage.

2. Freight costs for the return of items will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

3. Hoses Direct will ship exchanged fittings back to you FREE OF CHARGE.

4. Hoses Direct will exchange Earl’s Hose in lengths over 3 meters.  Hose must have no marks, kinks or defects.  Hose lengths under 3 meters cannot be exchanged.

5. Fittings returned due to manufacturer’s defect should be returned in original wrapping.  Hoses Direct will refund the cost of Australian Post Express shipping costs upon return of the fitting.

6. All exchanges and refunds must be undertaken within 30 days of purchase.
