This product comes with a 10 Year Written Warranty which covers all parts and labour. If your product develops a fault due to normal use we will repair the item with replacement parts as required.
The warranty is a return to base warranty, meaning that any faulty items must be returned to us with shipping charges prepaid. We cannot accept COD or unpaid deliveries. Cheap Sheds will then return the repaired item to you with return shipping charges prepaid. For larger items, the buyer can opt to return any faulty parts in exchange for new ones.
Where an item cannot be repaired, a replacement item will be sent. Approval to return an item under warranty must be granted before an item is returned. This warranty does not cover transit damage or damage caused by neglect or misuse of the product.
