Description
Echinodorus tenellus narrow leaf is a beautiful aquarium plant suitable for the foreground, where it will quickly form a dense lush carpet. It is one of the smallest sword plants and indeed, this variety has very narrow leaves measuring only around 2mm or so. Another unusual feature of this plant is, that under intensive lighting its leaves can turn reddish, which will bring much needed contrast to your otherwise green foreground. It will prosper in fine gravel, in soft to medium hard water with pH slightly below 7.0. The temperature tolerance of between 18-28*C is very high. You are buying 1 plant with 4-5 leaves around 5-6cm long ( pot not included). Propagates quickly and easily by runners, so in no time, you should have you front well covered. Looks great next to Riccia, Glosso or HC.
Shipping & Payment Terms
Shipping days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays. For delivery same week, payment has to show up by Tuesday night and within 7 days of purchase ( payments received on Wednesday won't be despatched due to work commitments, working late on Wednesdays ). All deliveries by Express Post, sorry no pickups. FREE postage is available for subsequent purchases ( the highest postage of all items applies )providing it can be sent at the same time.
