Our Policies:
1. Our auctions are legally binding which means if you bid and win the auctioned item you MUST complete the transaction by paying for the item within the period of time as stated in the specific auction.
2. All payments to be made within 7 working days.
3. If payment is not received or no contact and/or reasonable explanation for non payment is received within 10 days a Non Paying Bidder alert may be lodged with eBay and a Negative rating may be left.
4. When paying by direct deposit please leave your ebay username as the payment description in the account, payments with no description left in the account cannot be tracked or verified. If you need to leave a number as the deposit reference instead of your eBay username please email us the number you used after you have paid so we can find your payment in the account once it clears.

6. Items are sent out as soon as payment is received and has cleared in our account.
7. Before leaving feedback and/or if you have a problem with the item after it arrives, please contact us first, if we don't know that you have a problem with your item we can't help you. In a lot of cases we can sort out any difficulties or problems you may be having.
8. We sometimes experience delays in shipping. Although most items arrive with a couple of days, please allow 7-14 working days for delivery.
9. Postage and Handling - Our postal costs are exactly that, no extra is added. Costs include actual postage, wrapping and padding of items.
