 Description:


Lovely pale green cotton huckaback & this would originally have been made as a guest towel...back in the days when elegant things like this were a treat for your over night guest. These days of course they make a very nice doily or if you are an old fashioned type... lover of old things you may still treat your guest....very nice.

A 'crinoline lady' or lady adorning her crinoline petticoat has been crocheted in one corner & she is carrying a candle - pretty colours, pinks, blues, green & brown.

It is in excellent condition with just the faintest mark..nothing to speak of really...& it measures:-

49cm (19.3") x 33cm (13")
