Items are prepared for shipment in our store, and include first-quality materials and professional packing services. Our packing fees are designed to cover these costs.

Buyer pays all shipping/handling fees. Most Items are shipped using UPS. Merchandise will ship within 1-4 business days of payment confirmation.

We offer shipping discounts on multiple items won. 1st item is regular shipping cost and each additional item thereafter is half of that item's shipping cost. Combined shipping is offered when items are paid for at or around the sametime of check out. Please let us know in advance if you have won more then one auction. LOCAL PICK-UP : Because of the large amounts of spam we receive we no longer answer emails directly sent to our email address. Please contact us through “My eBay” if you would like to arrange pick up of your item at our Culver City, CA 90230 store.

All local pick-ups will be charged state sales tax + a handling fee of $10.00.

Shipping cost via UPS includes insurance and tracking unless stated otherwise. Items shipped via USPS are provided with a tracking number. USPS Domestic Insurance is NOT included but is optional. We are not responsible for items lost/damaged/stolen if insurance is not purchased. ALL international items are insured regardless of shipping method. International orders are shipped USPS Priority or USPS Express only.

If an accessory or any other item is NOT pictured or specifically described in the above listing, then it is NOT INCLUDED with the auction. Please do not bid if all your questions or concerns were not answered; We do not sell on approval.

Can you ship outside of the United States?
Yes we do ship many of our items Internationally. We do not ship large, heavy or oversized items international. Please contact us for more information if you are not sure if an item you are bidding on falls into any of these catergories. We accept Paypal only.

Can you send me additional photos of the item?
Yes but only in certain instances and at our discretion (i.e. Car Rims, Power Tools, etc)

What does "Powered on but not tested" mean?
This means that we have plugged in and turned on the item to see if it started up, but have not performed additional testing.

What does "Sold As Is" mean?
Since we cannot fully test every function of an item, some items are Sold As Is. These items cannot be returned. Unless otherwise stated in the auction.

What does "Good Condition" mean?

Since we cannot fully test every function of an item, “Good Condition” items are in visually/physically in good condition with no major scratches, dings, blemishes, etc… UNLESS otherwise noted (this does not include item parts that are prone to normal wear and tear).

Do you end auctions early?

No, we do not end auctions early; we do however offer a “Buy it Now” option to some of our auctions. Because of limitations, in most cases the "Buy It Now" option disappears after the first bid has been placed. So please bid accordingly.
