The world's first and only solid one piece polyurethane anti-rearing bit of its type, it is safe, long lasting, durable and strong. With a Stainless spring steel centre.

We have developed, tested and manufactured Equibit in Australia and they are used by leading trainers and yearling nurseries throughout Australia and many other countries.

If you have to use a rearing bit, then use one of these. They will not damage your horses mouth when used in the proper way with a halter and lead.

They are designed to be kinder and more sensitive to the horse and are ideal for the preparation of young horses for sales. They can be used by experienced or inexperienced handlers alike.

Unfortunately steel anti rearing bits last forever and it is a financial consideration whether to change to the Equibit and retire your old bits. The equibit are extremely tough and are very hard to damage.

It is important to maintain the teeth of the horse to ensure the longevity of the polyurethane bit.

This will ensure that the Equibit last for many, many years.

We have raced many horses and had a lot of vet bills as of a result of the damage that normal anti rearing bits cause.

These bits are the answer.

They are a solid color and won't wear. Identical strengh to the black, brass and silver color bits.

Available in medium approx 4.5" and small sizes approx 3.5".

The medium have been designed for adults and yearlings, the small for weanlings and ponies.
