NOTICE: Many of the items I sell are antique, vintage or gently used. I try to describe wear and tear to the best of my ability. I have no intent to deceive or misrepresent. If you receive an item from me that is damaged or somehow doesn't meet with your expectations, please don't over react. We can work it out. Most vintage or pre-owned items are not perfect and may have been stored for a long time. I don't always know if items are smoke or pet free and I can't always smell mustiness so if this is an issue, please don't bid. I honestly will do my best to point out any problems I notice. Please keep this in mind when bidding and ask lots of questions if you are unsure. Generally all sales are final unless a significant mistake is made in the listing. No partial refunds. Only a full refund less shipping will be issued after the item is returned unaltered in any way. Items are not being sold on approval. This may seem harsh but if you are a seller you will understand my position and the circumstances that led up to it. Payment is due within 5 days of auction end unless listing specifies immediate payment. I try very hard to get items shipped within one day of Paypal payment. Please also note some item weights are very close in price for parcel post and priority shipping. I always give you the option to save as much as possible on shipping but bear in mind parcel post is usually much slower. ITEM AS DESCRIBED - I have been an eBay seller for 9 years and often buy as well, I understand the necessity of an accurate description. That said, everyone makes the occasional mistake, the no return policy does not apply if I have made an error in my listing. COMMUNICATION - Emails are answered as quicly as possible, usually the same day. Keep in mind I may not be home an hour before auctions close and try to get questions answered as early as possible for your own assurance. SHIPPING TIME - Many items are shipped parcel post which is a very slow form of mail. Check the date postmarked on your package. Remember the feedback you are leaving is about whether I shipped it within a reasonable time from when payment was received - NOT whether the post office delivered it to you quickly. International bidders, please be aware that your packages have to be shipped from inside the post office when it is open, not at 6 am when my husband drops off packages for me (I do not drive) I have to wait for him to have a day off to mail your items. This will never be longer than 5 days after payment but if this is a serious problem for you, please don't purchase from me. SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES - My shipping charges are not the actual charges it cost to ship your package at the post office. Shipping charges are based numerous other costs which include but are not limited to various packing envelopes, materials, fees for accepting your PayPal payment, boxes, address labels, and now new eBay requirements regarding delivery confirmation and/or insurance. If you feel charges are unreasonable it is probably better not to bid than to be unhappy. International bidders should be aware that there is more work and time involved in packing and shipping your items than domestic shipments and S&H charges reflect this. Also, customs forms will be filled out accurately by me and any additional duties, customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
