The fan blades are coated with Telfon, thus separating grease from the air and depositing it in the removable cups for easy cleaning.

Simple to operate with five push buttons - 3 speed push buttons, a light button for the halogen lights, and a power button. Washable aluminum filters that can be easily detach and clean with a dish washer.
