Adjustable magnetic dynamometer so that pedalling resistance can be varied. Suits a broad range of bike sizes.  Still in very good condition apart from some surface rust on spindle as shown on picture.  Found it very easy to set-up and enjoyable to use.  Costs $130.00 new.
