Exquisite ANTIQUE AFRICAN LOUNGE. Leather & wood. RARE

Genuine antique from Africa - bought from Queen of Sheba African Gallery, Fitzroy (it cost a lot $1700).  It seems the leather may be cowhide. It is the real thing!

It would have been hand made and carved by an African family and was a part of their family for decades ... until one day they had to sell it in order to survive financially.  It is full of a family's love, dedication, compassion, and memories. Now it is time for the next chapter ...

Anyone who sees this beautiful creation will adore it. I absolutely love it ... the only reason I am selling it is because it doesn't fit in my home ... I knew that when I saw it, but fell in love with it and had to have it ... however it has been in my bedroom, unused, not sat on, and is still in the condition it was in when I bought it from the store. I am in a unit and cannot put it somewhere special to be adored, enjoyed, admired, and absorbed in all its splendour, personality and beauty.

It is comfortable to sit on if you do choose to use it as an actual lounge.  It is strong and sturdy.
