This is an exquisite genuine leather briefcase, made in the USA by Top Change. It has a great design style, with a very cool, sleek modern look to it, and features raised leather bands, fine contrast stitching, metal fittings to the corners, smooth burgundy brown leather outshell, which has some fine & subtle texturing. And it is in new, and unused condition.  

This briefcase has quality metal 3-dial combination Presto locks, made in the US, which have a very smooth action, and work perfectly. It also comes with stylish metal feet at the base, to protect the base from wear.

The interior is clean, and lined with beige/yellow coloured synthetic surface, with leather &/or faux-leather trimmed attachment section, for pens, cards, papers, and a blackberry or mobile phone. 

This briefcase is in excellent condition, with perfect fine stitching throughout. It is showing no signs of wear, and appears to have never been used, with original tag with locking instructions present.
