Easy extension action - just pull table apart and lift the centre panel. 

Some minor scuffing that might buff out with polishing but overall the table is in good condition.  The chairs are in excellent condition and the upholstery is comfortable and neutral creams with self-embossed floral design.  See photo.

We are renovating and don't want to store this beautiful suite.  You are welcome to inspect, just ask us.  Happy bidding.

 Q: Can you tell me age of suite and height of chair backs. Is it veneer? Thank you Kathy
A: Hi, the chair backs are 1000mm high. The age is unknown but I think about 10-15 years old. I am the second owner. The chairs are solid wood with stain finish, the table top is veneer with a lightly patterned wood grain.
