TerminologyCustomer: The person paying for the product/s and responsible for transport. Premises: The place whereby items have originally left and been accepted in good faith. This, includes, but is not limited to the principal place of business for TradesOnly Pty Ltd, i.e. 10/141 Hartley Road, Smeaton Grange NSW 2567. Item/s: The product/s being purchased by the customer. 1) Pickup 1.1 All pickups are the responsibility of the purchaser. This includes, but is not limited to, the transport of the item/s and any damage caused by or during transport. 1.2 TradesOnly Pty Ltd will not be held liable for any damage to the item/s, injury to anyone or damage to property caused by the customer. 1.3 Once the item/s has been accepted there are no returns/refunds available to the customer, although all applicable warranties will remain in effect until such warranty times have expired. 1.4 All pickups are between 8:00am and 10:00am on Saturdays if not already stated and agreed to as per the below Agreed pickup date and time. Please note that no exceptions will be made with regards to pickups, pickup times and/or locations. 1.5 If the customer is unable to pickup the item/s on the agreed date at the agreed time, additional charges may be applicable. 2) Payment 2.1 The customer may make the following payment arrangements: Direct Deposit into the nominated bank account of TradesOnly Pty Ltd, EFTPOS or Credit Card (A Credit Card surcharge of between 1% and 3% may be applicable), Cash or Cheque. However, please note that all payments, including Cheques and Direct Deposits, must clear in full before any item/s can leave and/or be accepted by the customer. It must be noted that sometimes this can take up to five days to clear by the banks or other institutions. If paying by cash, the exact amount must be provide as we do not keep any cash on the premises. Please note that no exceptions will be made with regards to any other payment method and/or terms of payment. 2.2 Payment for each item/s must be made in full before the item/s can be taken by the customer. 2.3 Payment must be made in full within seven (7) days of the purchase, and all item/s must be collected within ten (10) days. 3) Warranty 3.1 All Warranty claims are back to base and exclude transport and/or freight costs. 3.2 All warranty claims are for product replacement only, and exclude any labour costs involved in removal and/or installation of the item/s.4) Delivery (If Applicable/Offered) 4.1 All deliveries must be signed for by the customer. 4.2 Due to the large amount of items being delivered, only am or pm time frames are given. TradesOnly Pty Ltd will inform the customer of the proposed date and time for delivery, but there is no guarantee such time frames will be accurate. 4.3 TradesOnly Pty Ltd will not provide approx. time for delivery other than the information provided below. However, the customer may contact TradesOnly Pty Ltd between 4:00pm and 5:00pm the day before the proposed delivery date to obtain an approx. time. 4.4. If the customer is not at the location of the proposed delivery to accept the item/s then TradesOnly reserves the right to leave this location without leaving the item/s, No Exceptions. TradesOnly will charge the customer another delivery fee if required to re-deliver the item/s. 5) Freight 5.1 All prices quoted for freight, unless otherwise noted, exclude insurance for theft, damage etc. 5.2 All freight organised by the customer must allow pickup between 8:00am and 10:00am on Mondays Only. Please note there are no exceptions to this day and time. 5.3 Different items have differing warranty/guarantee time frames. Please contact TradesOnly Pty Ltd regarding the warranty for each item. 6) General 6.1 Once the customer has agreed to these Terms & Conditions there are no refunds or exchanges provided. If the customer wishes to make a change to an item/s, additional charges may be applied, including a 25% restocking fee. These fees may change from time to time at the discretion of TradesOnly Pty Ltd. 6.2 Some images used for advertising may vary from the actual item/s being purchased.
