F B ROGERS CO SILVERPLATE PAIR HURRICANE CANDLESTICKS JAPAN

A unique set of hurricane candlesticks, from FB Rogers. The base is in two pieces, the larger section which is the candlestick, then the smaller insert that holds the candle and the clear glass hurricane. There are two of them, a matched pair. The base pieces are silverplate. The hurricanes are unusually lightweight pieces of glass. They look like new; no scratches, dents, chips or anything else. They have been in storage for 20+ years, I believe. Stamped on the bottom of each with F.B. ROGERS SILVERPLATE JAPAN. The sticker notes that it is tarnish resistant, clean with damp cloth only, and made in Japan.

These candlesticks are in excellent, as new condition. Absolutely no chips, scratches, or blemishes whatsoever. Any spots or discolorations are entirely the fault of my camera, not the item. My items are from a smoke-free home.

Priority shipping on this item will be free in the US.

Payment should be received within 10-12 days of auction's end, but I’m flexible. I usually ship 2 or 3 times a week.

High bidder is responsible for shipping, which is usually between $5.00 and $9.00 in the USA (depending on the weight of the item), for priority mail with delivery confirmation. Smaller, lightweight items can often be shipped by first class mail with delivery confirmation as well. Larger items can sometimes be more economically shipped via parcel post, FedEx, or UPS. If you would like an estimate before the end of the auction, please write with your address and I will calculate it for you.

International bidders are always welcome. If you would like an estimate for shipping to your country, please write; I will ship express, priority, airmail, or surface, whichever you prefer.
