Up until now, it has been very difficult to obtain any beautiful silicone (3D) soap art molds in Australia. We have been busy for months, carving, researching and manufacturing these beautiful FULLY AUSTRALIAN soap art molds. We are delighted with the quality and to share them with you, we are occasionally offering a select few on eBay. To create a soap similar to the above image, simply melt your Renascent transparent soap and pour into the mold. Allow to set & unmold. If you wish to create some ‘inclusions’ add a little scattering of black dye, green tea or botanicals to give the impression of specks within the faceted gem. If desired you can opaque soap to create more definition or a transparent to create translucence.
To create ‘phantom’ crystals, pour a small amount of clear soap in the mold and swill around to give a thin layer, or fill the mold with soap allow to set for a few minutes, then pour the centre out. Fill with opaque soap or add a thin layer of grey and then finish with transparent again.
If you wish to create other crystals simply add a color to your soap. If you wish to give a ‘rock’ base to your gem, pour color up to base line of crystals, then add a layer of white / grey at the base. If you find you are getting a slip between the 2, spray lightly with alcohol or witch hazel in between pours.
To create a more crystalline appearance, chop the soap and place in mold then pour melted soap around it.
Use any style or colors desired, do not be limited by our suggestions or images.

It is so simple to use, even children can do it. Simply place your Renascent Melt & Pour soap base in a double boiler over water & gradually melt down. Add your essential or fragrant oils & some color and pour into your soap art mold. Allow to set & unmold. Beautiful, useful hand made gifts.

Natural ‘Renascent’ Melt & Pour soap, What makes these soaps so special.......
These soaps are beautiful on the skin, contain no animal products & leave the skin feeling smooth & supple. They may not last as long as commercial soaps, however they seem to be far kinder to the skin & body & will not stress the meridian (energy) system.

You may have heard of our wonderful melt & mold soap (opaque & transparent) - This soap came into creation for us after I (Lesley) spent a full 12 months trying to clear up a skin concern that turned out to be merely sensitive skin to the common chemicals in soaps. I only use this (opaque) soap now & have absolutely no concerns at all. I have had clients with many varied skin conditions (including eczema & thrush) that cannot generally use soap who find absolutely no concerns using the opaque soap. The essential oils are beautiful and can be varied depending on your mood, the fragrant oils are delicious & terrific fun (my favourite shower is with strawberry soap).
