This is a gorgeous boho styled short dress or long top it is mainly black with coral lemon and white. The style is spaghetti straps that are elasticated , the back of the item has an elasticated section for a good fit  and then the dress flairs out with an uneven hem it really has to be seen to appreciate how lovely it is.
