This is an unusual teapot design  by Ridgways of England   featuring famous paintings.  There are two paintings,  one of which appears to feature St Paul's Cathedral,  and the other a view of boating on the Thames.  The colours  are also unusual,  an unusual blend of pale yellow and black.   The teapot itself is in great condition  and the makers mark suggests early 1900's.    The base is crazed  but overall there is little crazing,  no chips or cracks.  The lid fits snug.    18 cms tall,  9 cms wide.
