Features very interesting multi-panel design in 
a beautiful mix of colours and fabrics-
see photo no.2 for details
Ruffle collar design with concealed buttons down the front
¾ length sleeve design with beautiful sequin details
The back panel has matching design as the sleeves in red with sequins
Tagged size 16 (but very generous sizing), 
I think will easily fit size 18- see measurements below:
(underarm to underarm approx 60cm plus plenty of stretch & length approx 73cm)
Made from quality fabric in 100% polyester
Fabric has a permanent crushed look- no tedious ironing ever requireed
Only worn twice and in excellent condition
