Fender Stratocaster American HSS Series Mint 2008

This beautiful near mint condition USA American HSS Series guitar is a Fender Icon,and this is the new model with juicy upgrades to improve looks and sound. The Alder body is all original there is a few minor finish marks on the rear of the body but there are no scratches, dents, nicks or buckle rash, or any other blemishes.The neck is straight as an arrow and there is no fret wear, please check out the photos. The polyurethane black finish is gorgeous and a Stratocaster Classic,the hardware is also in mint condition, this one has been really looked after mint condition with little play time.This is a sort after color just look at the Gilmour,Clapton and Johnson strats, and especially in this condition.Built in Corona California USA in 2008.

The new specs on this guitar are awesome and definitely the hot rod of the bunch with more output and warmth from the 2 Tex-mex single coils and Diamond back humbucking pickups. I will list the specs for you,Light weight 7lb 12oz Alder body with Satin Polyurethane finish sporting a modern "C" shape maple neck and beautiful Maple fingerboard with new neck treatment buffed to a high gloss with the back of the neck finished in a silky satin, with a 9.5 inch radius and 22 medium jumbo frets. The Pickguard and back cover are 3 ply parchment,as are the knobs and pickup covers adding to that vintage look of the 60's.Two Tex-mex single coil pickups coupled with a Diamond Back humbucker,the new Delta tone system and the 5 position blade gives this the real Strat sound and nice sustain.The rolled fingerboard edges and low and fast set up make this a dream to play.Other improvements to an already great guitar are new bridge with improved bent-steel saddles for better resonance and sustain,thinner finish undercoat that lets the body breathe and improves resonance.

The new Fender Black Molded SKB case with TSA locks is also in mint condition.All the case candy,original tags,cloth,booklets,wrenches,cloth, keys and Tremolo arm is included.
This Guitar has been oiled, polished and set up with accurate intonation, truss rod adjusted and set with a low action and new D'Addario EXL110 10's to 46's strings, it sounds and looks fantastic, all you have to do is plug it in and enjoy it.
