A really good collectors note. No pin holes, big marks edge slots and v tears in the edge. Flattened of a few folds and a minor abrasion in the water mark area. But thenot is original and very very hard to get relatively unmarked like this.
Not tampered with - all the dimensions are correct, not trimmed. My view of a grading is just about EF almost. Hard to get for the collector on a budget. (My view - please assess from the hi resolution pictures - Not scans).
Picked out for the store. These are around with crinkles, edge tears and marks. You can't put a note in a portoflio with edge tears, they don't increase in value enough. (my view).

The scatter of the book values for insurance for this type of thing (CV) this year in VF it isw 450 & in EF it is 1350. Australian Bank notes continue to historically outperform precious metals, shares and well in exess of interest rates as investment. The 2010 catalogues wil be out soon.. I am advised investors are still currently looking to gold, precious metals, paintings and bank notes, while the economy pulls through. (Mine and accountant's view only).

Bank note collecting is a great and rewarding & great pastime. Genuine offer accepted (please not One Dollar & Seventy Five cents for it. etc... etc..) The guarantee is that it is not a copy. Mr PINK doesn't like those not all.

Inquiries welcome. Mr PINK (sometimes called the Sheehan King). Who is he, no one knows. Who cares. No one. But he jsold an incredible Star note, AE/99 65132* in his store, (separately) so he be very good. The big stores thought that they had the rarest note(s). But Mr PINK did.

BELOW IS ONE GRADING GUIDE WHICH MAY BE OF ASSISTANCE TO SOME:
Uncirculated (UNC) An Uncirculated note can have centering imperfections, soft corners, little to no embossing, smudges, paper pinches, wrinkles. There can even be a corner tip fold, as long as it does not enter into the design of the note. However, the paper must Not show signs of circulation.
About Uncirculated(aUNC) This grade reflects a note that reveals only very slight signs of circulation. Sometimes magnification is needed to discern the wear. There can be several corner folds or even a single fold in the note's design. This note is still very crisp, and without these folds or very slight wear, the note would hit CU.
Extremely Fine(EF) This note may show evidence of noticeable wear, but still has considerable crispness. There may be several folds; however, the details are still readily discernable and somewhat sharp. A predominate portion of the note is original and circulation is not so noticeably strong as to distract from the overall design.
Very Fine (VF) Approximately 50 to 75% of the original detail survives in this grade. However, crispness has now suffered as well as colour. This note is showing evidence of being noticeably circulated. There are obvious folds, even perhaps throughout the note, both vertically and horizontally. Most noticeably is the lost of crispness (which still minutally remains) in the note.
Fine (F) This note still reflects detail but has lost some of its distinctiveness, especially in the design. The note is obviously Well circulated, there may be virtually no crispness remaining. The edges may be rough; however, there are no tears in the note. The wear will show a past of many folds.
Very Good & Good (VG) (G) A note in Very Good will show significant wear, distorting the details of the note. The note may be soiled, stained, rough edges, etc… A note in Good condition reflects deterioration in basically all facets. Lower Grades do exist, but aren't reasonably gradeable.
